What you will do - Handle end – to – end recruitment process from sourcing until placement covering candidate resumes evaluation, conducting initial interviews, qualifications, skills, and cultural IT assessment
- Review and understand candidate activity, recruiting metric and process improvement opportunities
- Meeting up clients to get a clear understanding of their objectives and specific hiring requirements
- Build and establish effective working relationships with clients and be recognised as trusted advisors by providing consultative guidance for all recruitment matters
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods to provide guidance and insights to both clients and candidates
- Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract active and passive candidates
What you will bring- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
