Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Mechatronic or Electrical Engineer to help design and develop IoT systems with integrated electronics and software. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in programming and electronics, along with an understanding of IoT architectures. You will work closely with our team to bring connected devices to life, integrating sensors, actuators, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of IoT systems and embedded devices.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for microcontrollers and embedded systems (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32).

• Integrate sensors and actuators with electronic systems, ensuring effective communication and control.

• Work with IoT communication protocols, such as MQTT, HTTP, and Modbus.

• Develop and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD designs for integrated systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and troubleshooting.

• Stay current with trends and best practices in IoT, electronics, and programming.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or Assembly Language.

• Basic knowledge of IoT architectures and communication protocols.

• Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.

• Ability to read and create technical drawings and electrical schematics.

• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including sensors, actuators, and circuit design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new skill sets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IoT hardware, such as sensors, communication modules, and embedded systems.

• Experience in developing IoT dashboards using platforms.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Google Cloud, or Azure) and edge computing.

• Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for electromechanical design.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles in IoT environments.

• Knowledge of control systems and automation.
