Actively participate in new product development from the conceptual stage to mass production, including:
Preparing product concept designs that align with customer requirements, safety guidelines, and design/process standards.
Conducting electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
Supporting prototype and pilot builds.
Performing electrical verification tests based on product specifications and preparing detailed test reports.
Releasing electrical prints and parts qualification reports.
Evaluate complex components and develop test procedures and fixtures to ensure compliance with functional specifications.
Participate in the testing and evaluation of complex designs to ensure they meet functional requirements.
Detailed results analysis will be reviewed with senior engineers or supervisors.
Develop instrumentation skills and gain expertise in relevant design standards.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and present conceptual ideas to technical audiences.
Familiarity with:
Battery cell charging and discharging characteristics and related design requirements.
Product qualification processes for Hazardous Location Certifications (e.g., ATEX, TIA, INMETRO, MSHA, CSA, or UL) – highly preferred.
Electrical design guidelines and digital signal communication protocols like I²C.
Manufacturing and assembly processes, including the application of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM/DFA).
Schematic and layout design (preferred).
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage).
