  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Lead, guide and ensure the hub meets the operations KPI as per directive from Management
  • Supervising and providing guidance for Hub Managers, Fleet Supervisors to monitor day to day productivity levels of each hub
  • Resources allocation to make sure all hubs are effectively operating
  • Focal point to coordinate with upstream operations which is Linehaul, Sorting Centres and First Mile
  • Capable of reporting and forecasting/planning hub operation outputs
  • Fully accountable for cost and synergy with initiatives from HQ that drives operation excellence
  • Manage and hire Fleet supervisors & Hub managers in designated regions across Malaysia
  • Manage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standards

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Good command of the language in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages would be an added advantage
  • Preferably 3 years of hands-on working experience specializing in e-Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain/Manufacturing or equivalent. Other industries and exposure to business operations would be a plus
  • Positive team management with direct reporting lines would be beneficial
  • Self-driven, resourceful and able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Flexibility in working locations within South / East Coast / North area
