Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful development and execution of our products. Your primary focus will be to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including engineering, design, and business stakeholders - to define product goals, prioritize features, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Job Description

  • Define key metrics to measure product success.
  • Establish inputs and outputs for each function or task and create wireframes to visualize their appearance.
  • Understand consumer needs and effectively communicate them to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as engineering, business, and marketing -to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and growth through market analysis and research.
  • Continuously monitor product performance.
  • Test and oversee the implementation of new product features.
  • Track competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in dynamic product management roles.
  • Experience in software or web development, even on a small scale.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and core computer science principles.
  • Basic knowledge of database systems.
  • Familiarity with interacting with external systems via REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of the English, Mandarin and Malay. To communicate with Chinese clients and parties.

Additional Information

  • Applicant must be willing to work in our JB Office (Mount Austin Perdana) or KL Office (Co-Work space, KLCC).
  • Shortlisted applicant will be required to attempt some online and offline assessment tests as part of our recruitment process, either before or after the second interview.
  • Candidates are hereby informed that they will be offered on yearly renewable for 2 years before conversion to permanent role.
