Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, sales administration, and after-sales service.
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing strategies to promote projects/properties, including but not limited to online and offline advertising, roadshows, launches, exhibitions, project awards participation, corporate campaigns, and publicity events.
- Carry out competitor study and market research to identify market potential, prospective customers, market penetration, and market competitiveness, as and when required.
- Coordinate with consultants, creative agencies, and vendors on the development of marketing collaterals and sales tools to ensure the accuracy of product information and meet the deadline requirements.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and carrying out upcoming new project launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
- Accountable for sales gallery and show unit's matter.
- Assist in generating new leads through various social media channels and expanding the customer base.
- Manage customers’ feedback/comments and attend to their inquiries on property information, loan applications, and end-financiers.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or a related discipline, and with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience with proven records in the property development industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
