We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Executive to execute our HR strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent while cultivating a positive and productive workplace culture.

As our Human Resources Executive, you will:

  1. Perform and ensure all daily Human Resource operational activities including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and retention.
  2. Assisting in data entry and reaching out to applicants for pre-screening.
  3. Providing administration support within recruitment function, i.e. filing of candidate’s records and updating candidate’s personal data on a timely basis.
  4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  5. To assist with employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
  6. To assist/handle any ad hoc task as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent. This is an entry level role, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  2. Possess a high level of confidentiality, commitment and integrity.
  3. Possess good analytical and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as a team.
  5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.

Extra Credits:

  1. You are well versed in Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, Trade Union Act and Collective Agreement process.
