Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Mechanisation located in Lahad Datu. The role involves overseeing day-to-day mechanisation activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintenance of machinery and equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the mechanisation process.

Qualifications
  • Plantation, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field knowledge
  • Experience in managing mechanisation activities in oil palm plantation
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices for machinery and equipment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the agriculture or plantation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Plantation, Engineering or relevant field
