We are looking for passionate individuals who can spearhead the company's growth by optimizing revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. If you have knowledge and/or a keen interest in point of sale, payment systems, account management, and B2B sales, this role might be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the relationship with existing merchants by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Leverage upsell and renewal opportunities: You'll advise merchants on new features and use cases within our platform to drive upsell opportunities into new features or higher subscriptions and convert existing customers to annual subscriptions.
- Expand and grow payment volumes: You will leverage data to identify opportunities to grow payment volumes further for us and our merchants.
- Churn management: Understand patterns and data to predict potential churn trends and develop stop-gap measures.
- Troubleshooting potential issues that may arise on the merchant's end. Working closely with the product development team on IT-related issues.
- Experience in B2B/IT sales or account management/customer success experience.
- Passionate about technology, fintech, and the F&B and retail space
- Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral skills and readiness to go the extra mile for our merchants (local languages)
- Highly driven and energetic individuals with a strong willingness to learn
- Independent and driven
- Keen attention to detail
- Analytical thinking/troubleshooting skills
