Job Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients or customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
- Introduce and explain the training program, focusing on customer benefits.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and tactfully.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed daily call and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Handle the training event from preparation to completion.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication (Malay & English) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Google Sheet, Google docs etc).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
