Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for warehouse mobile robot solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate robotic solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the warehouse and logistics sector.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate mobile robot solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions and address technical queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in robotics or automation.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with warehouse automation or logistics solutions.
  • Knowledge of robotic systems, AI, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
