User Access Authorization Administrator (UAA) Specialist

Responsible for the 1st level regional support of the users (helpdesk), as well as the global user administration of defined Commerzbank AG applications and systems. This responsibility include:

• Monitoring of all entry channels on a regular basis,
• Resolving incoming requests, answering user queries,
• Analysis of user access issues,
• And others, including but not limited to escalations and incident management, in a timely manner based on the request priority.
• Ensures:
• Act in line with the CGSS code of conduct and ComValues, and always uphold the culture of integrity.
• Adhere to all internal policies and procedures and related Compliance tasks.

Key Activities:

• Monitoring of entry channels on a regular basis.
• Participate in scheduled on-call duties, 24/7 shifts, weekend, and public holiday support.
• Advise users and handle user admin related issues in a competent and service-orientated manner.
• Administrate global user accounts and data according to Commerzbank AG and Commerz Global Service Solutions (CGSS) rules and regulations.
• Provide 1st level support and assign relevant tasks to 2nd level support.
• Communication and coordination with 2nd and 3rd level support, including incident management.
• Analytical approach in solving challenges of various complexity.
• Support Team Head in special tasks, including but not limited to internal / external Audit remediation.
• Able to manage ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements (s):

• 1 – 3 years of experience in organizational / IT-technical subjects / User Access Authorization.

OR

• Internal qualification program.

OR

• Proof of an adequate qualification.
• Adequate proficiency in relevant areas (e.g. language / technical skills)

Education:

• Completed studies in Business / IT

OR

• Technical Graduate

Preferred:

Experience in banking / shared services industry.
