  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide detailed information on attractions, history, culture, and natural heritage of Sabah to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure the safety, satisfaction, and comfort of all guests throughout their travel experience.
  • Manage daily operations, handle logistics, and adjust plans when necessary (weather, group needs, etc.).
  • Answer questions and provide additional insights to guests regarding their travel plans.
  • Maintain and manage travel-related equipment and resources, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continually improve the quality of services offered.
  • Utilize IT skills to manage bookings, schedules, and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Must reside in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
  • Strong knowledge of local tourist destinations, culture, and history of Sabah.
  • Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin or local dialects is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, computers, and systems for handling travel logistics, bookings, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage groups of varying sizes.
  • First aid certification is an advantage.
