- Provide detailed information on attractions, history, culture, and natural heritage of Sabah to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure the safety, satisfaction, and comfort of all guests throughout their travel experience.
- Manage daily operations, handle logistics, and adjust plans when necessary (weather, group needs, etc.).
- Answer questions and provide additional insights to guests regarding their travel plans.
- Maintain and manage travel-related equipment and resources, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Gather feedback from participants to continually improve the quality of services offered.
- Utilize IT skills to manage bookings, schedules, and customer interactions efficiently.
- Must reside in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
- Strong knowledge of local tourist destinations, culture, and history of Sabah.
- Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin or local dialects is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of IT, computers, and systems for handling travel logistics, bookings, and communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage groups of varying sizes.
- First aid certification is an advantage.
