  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of e-commerce campaigns and promotions, aligned with brand strategy and promotional marketing goals.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Handle product listings, pricing, and store management across e-commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility and sales.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing activities across e-commerce and social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines effectively to ensure all projects and campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal and external providers to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient fulfillment processes.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance data and develop insights to enhance campaign results and operational efficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and successful campaigns.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Engage in various ad-hoc projects related to e-commerce, online sales, and marketing activities as required.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Language: Working languages as English, Bahasa Malaysia, More prefer Mandarin.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a marketplace like Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Photoshop and Meta Business is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
  • Personal Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Desired Skills:
  • E-commerce platform knowledge (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Marketing and Social Media expertise
