  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven QA/Technical Writer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to dive into the world of quality assurance and technical documentation, even without prior experience. We value a passion for learning, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create, edit, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQ guides, and system documentation.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Assist in the creation of release notes and other product-related documentation.
  • Continuously update documentation to reflect the latest product updates and enhancements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
