Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members regarding our supported applications and automation systems. You will also play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our current automation systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members regarding the supported applications and automation systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance our currently automation systems and processes.
- Identify and perform analysis on improvement/optimization opportunities and craft custom solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, Support, DevOps to ensure seamless operations
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentations for automation processes, procedures, and systems.
- Adapt to new technology stack and applications, such as Artificial Intelligence and transform our tool stack for higher efficiency
Requirements
- MS degree in Computer Science or STEM related degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a developer or technical application support role
- Prior experience of supporting and administrating Atlassian suite (Jira Confluence)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Python for scripting
- Proven experience with Windows/Linux environment, inclusive of configuration, deployment and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of SQL (CRUD, Join etc)
- Familiar with Identity Management technologies (SAML, Entra ID, OAuth, JWT)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skill and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Ability to quickly learn, apply and transfer technical knowledge
- Strong team player, able to work cooperatively in a multicultural, global environment with remotely located team members
