Job Summary
To support and assist the Finance Reporting Department in handling and preparing all BNM’s Statistical Reports and PIDM annual submission accurately and timely, within stipulate timeline given in accordance with the Guidelines and to attend to any queries rose by BNM and PIDM promptly.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of the daily, monthly and quarterly reporting as required under BNM Statistical Reporting.
- Preparation of ad hoc and annual submission to PIDM.
- To ensure timely submission of the BNM Statistical Reports and PIDM annual submission with minimal errors.
- To ensure compliance with BNM and PIDM Reporting requirement on timely basis.
- Working with relevant stakeholders and ensuring all information required are completed for submission to BNM and PIDM.
- To assist in initiatives required in BNM and PIDM’s regulatory reporting automation projects.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects/reports as required by supervisor and management.
- Ensure timely response to all ad-hoc requests from the management and head office.

- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by his immediate leader or any senior manager from time to time.

Qualifications
- University Degree in Accounting or equivalent, Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Knowledge in Oracle FMS would be an added advantage
- 5 to 6 years relevant experiences.
- Well versed with MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation
