To support UAT activities for product launch, enhancements/ ad-hoc initiatives for agency applications (e.g. TakafulNET & PRUForce). In addition, to assist with requirements for new SRFs for minor system changes or fixes.

Job Description

• Perform case creation in core system and preparation of UAT test plan
• Verify UAT test cases (product setup, Production, Persistency & TPC) and prepare for sign-off
• Assist to raise SRF for new enhancement or existing production fixes (for minor system changes)
• Provide UAT support for SRF/production fixes relating to agency system/application
• Communicate with developers and users (to manage UAT and BAU tasks)
• Attend the UAT checkpoint meetings to update the progress of project
