  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Reputable Engineering Company is Looking for a Senior Finance Executive (Based in Puchong)

This reputable company is well known for their engineering services in the construction, energy, marine, mining, forest and oil & gas sectors.


Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Consolidate and draft reports for the Industrial Division, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for monthly, quarterly, and management meetings.
  • Financial Schedules: Submit monthly and quarterly financial schedules on time
  • Consolidate and review monthly financial reports (eFRs) for the Group, ensuring compliance with Group Policies and Authorities (GPA).
  • Advise the Regional Finance team on technical accounting treatments to ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Monitor and analyse monthly fluctuations in key financial items such as tax, NCI, overheads, exceptional items, and margins.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget management plan for the company across various countries
  • Monitor, compile, and coordinate forecast results from all regions of the company
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyse cash flow for management and group reporting.
  • Oversee reporting and compliance activities across all regions with Group Finance.
  • Prepare and review adhoc work requests to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role, you must possess:

  • Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance, or with professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of group consolidation and management reporting with minimum 3 years of experience in MNCs or PLCs
  • Fresh Auditors from Big4/10 firms are welcome to apply
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English
