Senior Executive, Warehouse

Reports To

Manager, Warehousing & Logistics

Role Purpose

Manage and oversee warehouse operations for airlines and MRO, including the issuance of spares, management of line station requirements, and preparation of flight kits. Ensure effective warehouse storage to maintain stock accuracy and optimize the retrieval efficiency of spare parts.

Key Accountability

• Managing aircraft spares receiving. The process includes accepting and inspecting incoming goods. Items are checked for quality against company and authority requirements.
• Oversee and implement appropriate storage methods in accordance with OEM and regulatory requirements, focusing on optimizing space and ensuring easy access to products.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, orders, and returns, which is essential for operations. This typically involves using ERP systems to track inventory in real-time.
• Manage order fulfillment, picking and packing of orders for shipment, under AOG and routines , and ensure on time delivery.
• Ensuring that all warehouse operations adhere to safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent with at least 4 years experience in Supply Chain or Warehouse.

Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain or Warehouse Management.
