Job purpose:
The Quality Management Senior Specialist is responsible for leading & coordinating quality assurance processes, improving operational performance, and ensuring compliance with internal standards & external regulations. This role requires a strong focus on identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Key activities:
(1) Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop, implement and maintain quality management strategies and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Oversee quality control processes including audits, reviews and tests to ensure compliance with company & regulatory standards.
- Lead the identification and resolution of quality related issues to prevent recurring problems.
(2) Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Propose and implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing data-driven insights and conducting root cause analysis
(3) Training & Support:
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote quality awareness throughout the organization.
(4) Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze data related to quality metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management.
- Present and prepare detailed reports on quality performance, KPIs and improvement initiatives to senior management.
(5) Stakeholder Management:
- Foster a collaborative environment to improve overall quality culture and performance.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment on quality goals and the effective implementation of quality initiatives
Formal education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Business or a related field
Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification):
- At least 5 years of working experience in risk & quality management, preferably in a senior or specialized role.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g, MS Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
