  • Responsible to take workers for FOMEMA test or seeking medical attention when ill
  • Sending and picking up workers at KLIA for holiday or C.O.M.
  • Responsible to take workers for opening foreign workers bank account or Merchantrade. Resolve banking matters like suspended ATM cards and account issue account
  • Collect attendance/salary payroll from customer
  • Monitor and take daily attendance of outsource workers
  • Prepare handover document of workers
  • Finding new prospects or customers for manpower supply.
  • Handling workers grievances, and any emergency cases.
  • Handling and dealing payment from customers. Responsible to collect the payment cheques , sending invoices.
  • Handling Contract Cleaning workers, checking the inventories needed time to time.
  • Have experiences working with Foreign Workers
  • Having a good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and fast response to any emergency situations
  • Experiences working closely with Immigration and other Government / Related bodies.
  • Mandarin speaker is added advantage
