  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at CUURA.Space. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of furniture industry or interior design is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Work in our showroom across Klang Valley
