Key Responsibilities:

Client Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.

Product Listing Optimization:

  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Leverage in-app advertising and sponsored product features to boost visibility and sales.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates for clients' products.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.

Platform Knowledge and Collaboration:

  • Stay up-to-date with Lazada and Shopee's in-app marketing features, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Lazada and Shopee platforms.
  • Proven track record of executing successful in-app marketing campaigns and driving product sales.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, user behavior data, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms used by Lazada and Shopee.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
