Key Responsibilities:
Client Marketing Strategy Development:
- Work closely with clients to understand their products, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Develop tailored in-app marketing strategies for clients' products on Lazada and Shopee platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility and engagement through targeted campaigns.
In-App Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Design and execute creative in-app marketing campaigns for clients' products, including sponsored listings, banners, push notifications, and other promotional tactics.
- Utilize A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Product Listing Optimization:
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Leverage in-app advertising and sponsored product features to boost visibility and sales.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates for clients' products.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
Platform Knowledge and Collaboration:
- Stay up-to-date with Lazada and Shopee's in-app marketing features, policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Lazada and Shopee platforms.
- Proven track record of executing successful in-app marketing campaigns and driving product sales.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, user behavior data, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms used by Lazada and Shopee.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
