Job Role:

• Direct report to Head of Industrial Lubricant Division in managing all projects and/or business secured B2B segment.

• Working closely with Industrial lubricant sales team to secure engineering driven projects and/or business opportunities.

• Lead the engineering team.

• Maintain highly motivated and competent team with regular engagement, rigorous competency framework and learning opportunities for team members.

• Ensure that all existing and targeted projects are provided with sufficient engineering support from conceptualization to execution of the engineering plan on site.

• Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia and Asia for engineering driven projects and/or business opportunities, training, workshop, conference and etc.

• Prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and yearly engineering report to our lubricant brand principle.

• Provide technical support to all sales representatives and customers regarding to IL, CVL, PVL, and AVL lubricants product.

• Provide lubricant recommendations and/or solutions for customers based on application and industry standards.

• Conduct internal and external training, workshop, engineering investigation report, used oil analysis, plant study, lube, charting, lubrication excellence program implementation and etc.

• Promote lubricant engineering program to customers and to ensure successful implementation of engineering support service to company's key accounts.

Requirements:

• Min degree in engineering majors or higher (Prefer Mechanical/Chemical/Oil &Gas)

• Other certifications : Certified Machinery Lubrication Specialist/Certified Lubrication Specialist.

• At least 5 years of working experiences in industrial and/or engineering related field.

• Preferred with manager experience.

• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel when job required.
