We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the Data Clean Room (DCR) Working Group that supports our advertising clients in utilizing data clean rooms across Client campaigns — specifically in the JAPAC region. The ideal candidate will be based in the JAPAC region, aligning closer to the Tokyo time zone and be able to speak Japanese. This candidate should have a background in customer relations, and experience with advertising technology solutions. As a CSM, you will support the regional Client Sales team, and collaborate with your ACN counterparts in North America.

What you’ll do:

  • Internal Client Enablement
  • You are able to represent and answer questions related to the approved DCR use-cases with Client Sales teams;
  • You understand the operational process end-to-end; can point to the steps needed to get signed on to DCR; and can answer questions about the campaign lifecycle as it relates to DCR
  • Client Onboarding:
  • Once a client signs on, you are responsible for working with Client Sales to initiate kick-off of DCR collaboration.
  • Includes sending templated email with Client Sales, clients and DCR vendor to set expectations about next steps and timelines
  • Includes answering questions and collecting questions for DCR Working Group input when you don’t know the answer
  • Supporting a healthy momentum throughout the onboarding process based on SLAs and milestones provided by the DCR Working Group
  • Feasibility Initial Assessment (Pre-Sale):
  • Reviewing to ensure the media plan meets feasibility criteria (e.g. impressions, flight length, formats, targeting combinations, and control group sizing minimums etc.)
  • You have a baseline level understanding of advertising, and specifically of the functions/use-cases available in the clean room
  • You have a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • You can explain the value of highly technical concepts in human, relatable, and compelling language.
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You have experience interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • You have strong proficiency in Japanese and English.
