Professional Customer Experience Executive (Ecommerce)

Key Responsibilities

  • Applying knowledge of a Nutritionist/Dietitian on e-commerce platforms in handling health and product-related inquiries including weight management, mother and child’s nutrition, and other preventive nutrition.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor problem-solving and unique customer experience.
  • Plan and conduct training for the frontline team to enhance the quality of customer engagement and customer service.
  • Communicate with cross-functional units including physical outlets, procurement team, sales, and geo-marketing teams to ensure problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals for endorsement and referrals, to ensure a seamless customer’s journey.
  • Monitor customer support and chat performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Able to work on the weekend by rotation (working offsite/from home) and support online sales activity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in dietetics or nutrition
  • 2 years of experience with community pharmacy or food supplement-related industry. Experience working with customer service.
  • Possess writing and speaking proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia additional languages will be an advantage.
