Role & Responsibility Description:

  • Managing the Performance, Rewards, and Payroll team’s day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently, based on the Bank’s approved policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with the applicable law and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition, and strategies to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the strategic objectives of the Bank. Tasks &

Responsibilities:

  • Sets performance review cycles and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee the operations in the areas of Rewards, performance management, and payroll administration effectively and efficiently.
  • Keep self-abreast with the latest Human Capital practices/technology in the market for process improvement.
  • Driving performance and reward projects to support the Bank’s goals and strategies.
  • Ensure the annual remuneration processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy of the Bank.
  • Strategize, develop, and implement retention programs in relation to performance & and rewards to retain and attract critical talents. Engage with other leaders in the Bank to understand current business challenges and how the Group Human Capital Management Division can support and facilitate their needs.
  • Ensure periodical review of existing policies, procedures, and guidelines and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Keep up to date with current labor legislations and provide advice and guidance on employee remuneration matters.
  • Collaborating and providing support to other functions under the Group Human Capital Management Division in ensuring the success of the Bank’s Human Capital Agenda / Blueprint as a whole.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that all activities are undertaken based on the Bank’s approved policies and procedures while maintaining compliance to the applicable law and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the department’s work underpins the Bank’s strategic aim and provide performance management perspective.
  • Ensure the Compensation and Benefits of the Bank are competitive and reinforce the Bank’s rewards strategies. Ensure Payroll/Claims and payments are made accurately and on a timely basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related industries; had assumed management positions with good professional ethics and occupational track records.
