Your main responsibility is to ensure that all facilities at the plant are maintained well and able to meet current and future business needs. You will also ensure that the facilities support the safe operation of the plant and meet the operating budget, while continuing to improve efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure full site facility compliance to local authority licensing and regulations. Such as KPDNHEP, DOSH, SPAN and BOMBA.
  • Responsible for facility equipment and systems audit and record retention policies
  • Oversee and responsible for all validation protocols to include working with on-site senior management to ensure strict adherence.
  • Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of facility systems such as Plant Overhead Crane, Air Compressor, Cooling Water Plant Fire System and Water Supply.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain and improve performance and reliability of the facility systems.
  • Responsible for management of plant and building maintenance.
  • Develop preventive and maintenance programs of the entire facility equipment system in order to optimize asset utilization and system capacity.
  • Contractor engagement including oversight and management of all contracts for facility services
  • Manage and maintain all Cranes, Hydraulic Platform, Cooling Water, Gases, Electricity and piping from source to point of use in manufacturing facility.
  • Carry out yearly Water Mist and Fire Pump performance test and ensure all time in healthy condition.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing plants & facility management.
  • Proven ability to read and comprehend complex electrical, mechanical system prints quickly and have the ability to convey information to facility team under pressure situation.
  • Good technical background on facilities maintenance.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and exhibits continuous improvement and drive with initiative.
  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize effectively
