It is a national high-tech enterprise and an advanced new energy vehicle power system solution provider. So far, our clients have been operating in more than 220 cities in 34 countries around the world, and our products cover many fields and application scenarios such as new energy heavy trucks, light trucks, buses, passenger cars, construction machinery, energy storage, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for after-sales service in Southeast Asia to ensure the safety and stable operation of products;

2. Responsible for on-site service personnel training and service site construction;

3. Be responsible for the service quality of the responsible area and achieve the KPI indicators such as maintenance cost rate, service timeliness rate, customer satisfaction, etc.

4. Deal with issues in the responsible area, organize and issue on-site disposal plans, and resolve customer complaints;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

The Desired Skills:

1. More than 5 years of experience in lithium battery after-sales service;

2. Able to adapt to work that requires frequent business trips (India, Sinagpore, Mainland China...);

3. Fluent English, and can speak Mandarin as a bonus point.
