Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Do

As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in executing corporate finance transactions.

  • Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions
  • Conduct due diligence reviews of transactions
  • Prepare announcements, circulars, submissions and offering documents for the corporate finance transactions
  • Coordinate with other professionals involved in the corporate finance transactions
  • Liaise with regulators on the processing of submissions for the corporate finance transactions
  • Manage different projects concurrently, motivated by organizational objectives, goals and targets

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Finance Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in corporate finance or related fields.

  • Degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
  • Minimum 5 years solid working experience in corporate finance
  • Experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities issues and corporate finance transactions
  • Good understanding of the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by SC, Bursa Securities, BNM and MITI
  • Ability to manage different projects concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and risk management skills
