Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in hiring for Sales & Digital Marketing roles, ideally within creative agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
