Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment to meet client needs, working with hiring managers, HR, and business teams.
- Source and screen candidates, using technology and online resources.
- Solve moderately complex recruitment challenges, adapting processes as needed.
- Align recruitment strategy with team goals and senior management direction.
Collaboration & Decision-Making:
- Primarily work with direct supervisors and may interact with clients or management.
- Make decisions that impact the recruitment team, with guidance on new assignments.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in hiring for Sales & Digital Marketing roles, ideally within creative agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with recruitment software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
