  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Identify and engage regional talent pools, customizing recruitment strategies for each market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for regional positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates effectively.
  • In-Person Interviews: Interview candidates across various levels, from junior to executive positions.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs to promote open positions and attract talent.
  • Create and publish engaging job ads across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.
  • Analyze industry trends to anticipate hiring needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement strategies to enhance diversity in candidate sourcing and hiring practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 - 5 years of In-house experience or agency as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
  • Experience in IT recruitment such as Software Developer, IT Engineer, Product Owner etc
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
  • Self starter who is eager for regional hiring exposures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
