To check and confirm production specs by liaising with sales person
To liaise with vendors on production status and logistic on shipment status
To perform QC (quality checks) to ensure all products arrive are up to quality
To ensure adequate stock inventory level, and place order with vendors when necessary
To ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records
To feedback and follow up on goods quality issue with vendor
To liaise with courier companies for goods delivery.
To solve issues when production related problems arise.

Required Language: **MANDARIN**(liaise with china vendors), English, Bahasa Malaysia
Must have very high attention to every details
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all parties.
No Experience needed. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be computer literate.
Basic Adobe Illustrator skills will be an added bonus
