  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for selling some IT systems to customers.Managing the day-to-day operations of our network is also required.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Market and sell IT systems to external clients, such as the ERP system.
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal staff.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware including computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Support system administration tasks, including user account management, system updates, and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support during meetings, conferences, and events as necessary.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and able to think critically to resolve issues.
