JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP INSTRUMENT & CONTROL (OPERATIONS, RELIABILITY & MAINTENANCE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Modification Project for Instrument & Control from MOC, Engineering, Procurement until site installation.
  • Exposure and familiarization on Instrument Control & Safety Systems (ICSS), Programmable Logic Control (PLC), and Electrical Systems on Cendor and West Desaru.
  • Involve in Planning and Preparation for Planned Shutdown 2025.
  • Exposure and familiarization on Petronas Technical Standards (PTS) / IEC / API Standards, PPGUA, PTCAM /PPS.
  • Site Assignment – To visit KSB Warehouse for Materials & Equipment familiarization.
  • Site Assignment – To attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Instrumentations / Control Systems Function test.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Control & Instrumentations /Industrial Automation/ Mechatronics / Industrial Electronics/ Electrical with a minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or its equivalent.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Field Instrumentation
  • Fundamental knowledge of PLC / DCS (Distributed Control System) / SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
  • Able to understand P&ID (Process & Instrumentation Diagram) and Instrumentation and Electrical drawings.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to Work Independently.
