At KPMG we are currently seeking Business Continuity Management (BCM) Senior Associate to join our Technology Risk & Cyber Consulting practice. This role mainly provides input and contributes to the planning and delivery of engagements related to the Business Continuity area.

Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation, and assessment of the business continuity capabilities of the client, including BCM policies, risk assessment, business impact analysis, recovery strategies, business continuity plans (BCP), IT disaster recovery plans (IT DRP), etc.).
  • Able to conduct BIA and Risk Assessment and prepare materials for various sectors incorporating best practices.
  • Develop BCM, BCP, CMP, and CCP policies and procedures.
  • Lead, plan and execute BCM testing / tabletop exercises / crisis simulations exercise.
  • Lead in business development activities. This includes proposal documentation, presentation, and advisory services.
  • Support the development of tools, processes and methodology of the business continuity service line.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, risk management, information systems management, or related field.
  • Has at least 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
  • Preferably has at least one of the following certifications:
  • ISO 22301 Certified Lead Implementer/Auditor
  • DRI CBCP
  • BCI CBCI
  • Relevant certifications for other industry BCM standards/guideline
  • Excellent communication skills especially related to facilitation and reporting.
  • Very thorough in documentation and detailed-oriented.
  • Strong time management and project management skills which allow for multi-tasking while managing shifting priorities.
