JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Data Entry and Analysis: Assisting with simple data entry in the system, purchase and sales order, returned goods, credit notes, transfer invoice and bookkeeping.
- Coordination and communication: Liaise with transporter and customers regarding goods transfer and services.
- Document Management: Responsible for the management of office documents and information, filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
- Mail and Phone Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing company mail and phone calls, respond to common inquiries, and transfer important calls.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administrator or Executives, including document preparation, scheduling, and more.
- Office Facilities Management: Responsible for the maintenance and management of office facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the office environment.
- Office Supplies Purchasing: Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining reasonable inventory levels.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Performs other administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
