Your role as Employer Branding & Young Talent Intern in Human Resource Department is crucial to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our daily operations.

As a Coca-Cola Intern,

You will:

- Work closely with Employer Branding Team to promote Coca-Cola as an employer of choice through various marketing, communication, and campus initiatives.

- Contribute to social media content through research, ideation and content creation (including graphics and copywriting)

- Assist in Talent team activities including employer branding exercises, internships, career events, etc

- Have the opportunities to learn how to deliver business value in marketing materials and learn to attract the target group with visual graphics.

- Get to know how to illustrate information and instruction through diagrams.

Qualifications

You will need to:

- Have a degree in Mass Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (ongoing / completed)

- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office with good photography and videography skills

- Have good time management in carrying out various projects.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
