- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis to track and optimize performance
