JOB DESCRIPTIONS- Handling customer lists & order processing orders accurately on a daily basis in a timely manner.
- Ensure the daily Save target target is achieved.
- Keep track of the Daily customer list, Nova TR/SR status, and Customer Order processing and resolve any issue with pending orders.
- To provide accurate information/service with excellent telephone courtesy for all customers either sales or non-sales.
- Gathering feedback from customers who have decided to cancel their subscriptions or contracts in order to understand the reasons behind their decision and identify areas for improvement
- To process applications in the system as requested by the customer.
- To monitor & track order status until complete
- Able to understand and analyze SME customer's needs. Instantly do first review assessment and then to provide quick solutions and good product offerings.
- Excellent in handling customers, especially business owner
- Creating programs and activities to entice SME customers at the SME corner
