  • Responsible for achieving sales target each month as set by the company.
  • Manage a team of 20 sales personnel.
  • Review inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of stock and aging for maximum turnover efficiency.
  • Work closely with Marketing Department on marketing programmes, events or activities to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Manage the Sales Administration department to ensure all SOP’s are adhered to for a smooth and quick registration and delivery process.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management review.
  • Provide suggestions and carry out improvement initiatives with the manager for the department.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a similar or management capacity, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of the ability to sell a minimum quota as set by dealership management.
  • Understand and keep abreast of the regulations that affect the complete sales operations, also to ensure set procedures and processes are followed
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia languages. Mandarin language is added advantage.
  • Meticulous, strong organizational and planning skills, capable to multitask under fast paced environment.
