You will be joining a well known property development company who are one of the major key players in the market.
Your new role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for integrated township projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adjusting sales approaches accordingly.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing training and support to improve performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5-7 years of managerial experience in property sales & marketing
- Relevant education background in Property Sales and / or Real Estate Management
- Ability to lead a team of 10 headcount
- Excellent communication and customer-management skills
- Strong network connections within the property / real estate market
