- Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.;
- Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting;
- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;
- Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);
- Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;
- Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers;
- Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights;
- Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
- Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challengers; and always with a sense of urgency.
