- Attending sales inquiries within 24 working hours.
- Organising sales visits (Local & Export Sales).
- Establishing new business (new customers).
- Providing Daily Cost Provision Report to submit every 07th on the next month.
- Updating the cost provision for the finish goods (monthly stocks) in ERP System.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English,Bahasa Malaysia.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. proficiency in data manipulation, formula, and functions).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple task efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Preferable male candidate.
- Working days & hours: Monday-Friday (09.00am-05.00pm)
- Saturday (9.00am -1.00pm)
- Location: Puchong, Selangor.
