Wellness Event Admin
- Plan, organize, and execute wellness events, workshops, and programs from concept to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote wellness events and programs.
- Track budgets, expenses, and ensure cost-effective event management.
- Handle on-site event coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Operational support to the directors in managing wellness projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Act as an ambassador for wellness within the company and in external interactions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Wellness, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in event management, with a strong focus on wellness or lifestyle events.
- Experience in marketing and administrative roles.
- Passion for Wellness: A deep interest in holistic well-being, including physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, during events.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
