  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both Business-as-Usual (BAU) updates and larger integration and migration initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing test scenarios, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring seamless product functionality.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Validate the Functional Specification Document to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Oversee UAT progress to meet project timelines and manage priorities within the project
  • Simulate system functionality to identify and troubleshoot errors, proposing effective solutions
  • Execute UAT processes to validate system changes, coordinating with the line of business and relevant departments
  • Draft Business Requirements for system enhancements or corrections
  • Ensure system controls and setups comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with Testing Managers, IT, and Project Managers to drive a smooth UAT process within targeted timelines
  • Liaise with the Technology team to resolve any defects identified during testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in General Insurance, ideally within non-motor product underwriting support or system management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
