We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Services Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial solutions, with a strong focus on insurance products, to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and goals to offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop a deep understanding of our range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of insurance products to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify suitable insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
  • Sales and Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and sales activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and financial planning concepts.
