Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
- Understand clients' financial needs and goals to offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop a deep understanding of our range of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of insurance products to clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
- Sales and Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and sales activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications And Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Relevant insurance licenses or certifications (preferred).
