- To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
- To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
- To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
- To attend inbound call

- Good communication skill & written in both Mandarin & Basic English
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Pleasant personality and able to handle stress
- Comfortable with work from office (NO NIGHT SHIFT)
