Regional Manager / Senior Sales Engineer
- Responsible for market penetration and expansion in the region, including acquiring new clients and consulting resources.
- Manage customer relationships, distribution channels, and customer satisfaction surveys, while expanding the distribution network.
- Participate in the promotion and sales of the company’s products, including but not limited to AHU (Air Handling Units), chillers, and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the company’s objectives, and achieve sales targets as required.
- Evaluate risks for all sales orders to ensure smooth payment from clients.
- Closely monitor and track client deliveries to ensure high-quality, timely product shipments.
- Participate in trade shows as required, and organize product training for customers and distributors.
- Collect sales data and report sales information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Astar has partnered with a renowned foreign brand on the hunt for their Regional Manager/Senior Sales Engineer for Southeast Asia. - 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry. - Independent, hardworking, and motivated. - Strong team player with the ability to interact and communicate actively with team members and factories. - Strong market analysis skills with a deep understanding of HVAC industry trends, and excellent problem-solving abilities. - Multilingual skills, with proficiency in speaking or writing Bahasa, Mandarin, or English. - Proficient in computer applications: Microsoft or equivalent software. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications.
RM8000-12000/Month plus bonuses.
